Pros

I used to intern here when the nonprofit first started and now I'm back to gain more experience in HR. Robert really works with me to see my interests ensures that this that everyone has something to gain from interning here. The flexibility works with my schedule since I am a full time employee and a part time student. I am able to work remotely and come to the office when I can before I head off to work. We are given a lot of responsibilities as interns and Robert always gives feedback on our work when necessary.

Cons

I don't see any cons so far!

Pros

Pros: -You can just give yourself whatever job title you want and nobody will notice or care -There's a bar down the block that didn't ID so us underaged intens got to do happy hour -meet some fun people and generally have a good time not doing anything valuable or productive If you are just in need of an internship in order to move to NYC for a summer and aren't focused on actual career goals, this is the perfect one for you. If you are from the city and just need a place to occupy your time during the summer without wanting to really commit to anything, this is the perfect place for you. The coworkers I worked with were for the most part very relaxed and good people and we had a lot of fun hanging out during and after work.

Cons

Cons: -CEO is kind of a creeper. He once started filming a young woman during a meeting -You'll be tasked with making fake facebook profiles and spamming random facebook groups -Organization is completely interns, no actual staff, and seems like it's kind of sketchy/ not real If you are looking for real work experience working for a real company that will build your resume and give you the experience to tackle your next career move, avoid this at all costs. Actually, I take that back. Since you can give yourself whatever job title you want, it might actually help your resume. But, you will not learn anything useful and you will not make connections that will help you advance yourself.
