Pros
Flexible work hours Caring for an individual
Cons
Forced to stay if not relieved by staff Low pay No raises and when there was it was 5 cents a year If there's no supervisor at your work house, you must pickup the slack for no extra pay No idea who or how to get ahold of the head guy in charge. Been here 8 years and never seen most of the higher ups. Staff turnover is the worst I've seen in any job. Staff morale is low for good reason You could be pulled to another house as soon as you come in for your shift at your regular scheduled house No job security Benefits are horrible Supervisors are big headed and unnecessary Clients have rights but staff do not You aren't paid enough as is but definitely not paid enough if sent to behavior houses. Police will not get involved if you call due to a client attacking you. They get calls all the time from Redco. They hate Redco and don't do anything to help staff.
