      Low pay, you are only paid if clients show up and not enough clients to fill your schedule, ridiculous turnover.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
