Poor management and leadership - the manager has terrible people and communication skills. Team lead is extremely rude and does not take the time to communicate with people she just barks orders and when you do something wrong she is quick to report to manager. You are given quarterly evaluation and management always gives you poor scores so that you don't try to take their jobs. People are fired all the time - no job security. People who have work there for 10+ years are fired
