Degrading and Horrible Organization!!!! - Anonymous employee Clarvida Employee Review

Do not ever and I mean seriously ever work in this company. The management/directors were horrible, careless and dishonest people. My ex-manager was an ignorant, self-involved, and trifling individual. He never cared to help me grow in my career and never even cared about me or anyone else in the company other than himself and that was highly immoral. I felt discriminated against because of who I was and all the hard work I did was thrown out the window. The training wasn't good and the atmosphere of the company was very terrible. You hardly get appreciated for the work you'd done and this is really disgraceful. If you are currently working at FBR and not liking your job due to a lack of appreciation and support from management please go look for a new job, SERIOUSLY!. If you are thinking of working here PLEASE DON'T! Seriously!, go look for a job somewhere else because again the managers and directors in the corporate office do not care about the employees there and the other people in the FBR locations as well, all they care about is themselves and the money. Do not waste your time working here! Go look for a new job!! They are a bunch of lying, deplorable, corrupt, vile, and untrustworthy people, not only to the employees but to the consumers as well. STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE!!
