Dissapointing - NOC Controller Claro Employee Review

Pay is below average. No pay increases. Union doesnt fight for your rights. They just negotiate them away for their benefit. Toxic workplace environment where theyre always looking to point the finger at someone instead of helping you prevent mistakes. No retirement. No 401k Matching. Minimum sick days and vacation days. No other form of paid time off. Too much still remains. Do not come looking for a place to retire. There will be none of that here.
