Pros
Good company if you decide to stay in status-quo. Technology driven company. Good co-workers relationship Good place to learn about technology, but on your own.
Cons
Looks like Management doesn't care about employees and don't pay attention to their needs. Still goverment mind set in the company. Lack of leadership. No much benefits to account for. Long hours shifts without rest or any additional pay.
