Pros
I've now worked at Clarkson Evans 10 years and progressed from an apprentice all the way to my current role of area manager. I've really enjoyed working here during my time and cant recommend it enough. As an apprentice I had fantastic support from the apprentice team and my team leader who taught me everything I needed to succeed in this job. After qualifying I then became a team leader taking care of my own sites and apprentices whilst earning really good money. Recently I had a my promotion to my current role of Area Manager. Before work every day there is free breakfast at the yard, there is a biannual bonus and various work social events put on by the company.
Cons
I cant really think of any but if you are not willing to work hard you will probably struggle in this company. On site you are working in teams so you are expected to pull your weight to work quickly and ultimately earn more money through more productivity.
