Roles can be confusing & trying to figure out if something is your responsibility can be difficult. They’ve reorganized the Admin group & there is a lot of crossover in roles, which creates confusion & some conflict. It is being addressed though.

- Organization genuinely cares about employees and their advancement. - Strong emphasis on competency and skill acquisition - The environment is highly collaborative - When complaints or suggestions are raised, they are taken seriously. - I would recommend CN very highly to anyone interested in public accounting.

- No cons outside of those that are common within public accounting (busier than most industries, etc.)
