They trap you with lies. Promises of school, raises and personal growth and then twist their own words when it’s convenient for them. Stayed for years listening to them say you’re the next foreman, you’re the future of Clark but my last raise was two years ago. I had to beg for an adequate fair raise and then immediately they will put you through a ringer and try to get you to quit while posting commercials on social media of you working when they are on the verge of firing someone. If you see yourself on a commercial you are most likely on the chopping block and it’s to cover themselves for reviews like this. If you are successful in getting a raise youd Better be able to walk on eggshells and play social status games and not mind being asked to work outside what they’ve decided is suitable pay for you no matter your actual experience.
