Pros

Summer you get to leave early on Fridays. Some of the staff is very nice and friendly

Cons

Management will make you promises so you accept the position. The base pay is horrible and they will not budge on it. When you ask for help from the managers, they tend to ignore it. Management also will take the highest money sales and send crap ones to employees. There is no handbook given, so management makes up rules as they go. Very unprofessional place. Don't make promises you have no intention on keeping.

Pros

I worked at clarix for 5+ years. It was a great opportunity to learn and gain experience in a field I never even considered. Technology and enterprise SaaS sales is a really fast growing field. The management and experienced reps at clarix taught me so much, I was able to grow as a professional and learn a very lucrative profession. I am thankful for my time with the Clarix team and recommend this place for anyone who is looking to start a lucrative career, or pivot to a SaaS career. The Clarix team will be happy to take you in and help you grow.

Cons

Sales is by nature difficult work and you need to have the right temperament and be able to be confident presenting and speaking with a variety of people.

Pros

*Comfortable and relaxed working environment, good office space *Friendly co-workers and Management *The company itself is successful, and one of the leaders in the industry *The product (web-conferencing/elearning services) is easy enough to sell especially in today's environment where many people work remote *No earnings cap. Your ceiling is as high as you make it out to be. *They provide you with all of the tools, knowledge and resources to help you succeed *Management can accommodate flexible work schedule to an extent *Great small/side perks: paid breakfasts, lunches every once in a while, or fun company outings covered by Management *Great place to earn really good money right out of college, or if you're looking for a career in sales

Cons

Not for the computer illiterate. Most of your time is spent on the phones and computer, using tools like Salesforce and Excel. The products you'll sell are for web-conferencing/e-learning, and you'll need to know how to use and demo these products effectively to potential clients.
