Health benefits are good. Many paid holidays.
Cons
Unrealistic goals from management conveyed to shareholders and then forcing staff to deliver. Infighting between sales teams on account and opportunity ownership. Reorganization every 12 months. CEO bringing in cronies from IHS to replace senior roles. Constant layoffs, offshoring and outsourcing of roles. No innovation on new products, only acquisition and artificially inflated growth numbers by cutting cost. Senior management paying themselves fat bonuses while lower roles are made redundant.
