Pros

Bold leadership empowers refreshingly (shockingly?) bold action at all levels (helps to be privately owned!), culture of collaboration, winning together (w/ great pay & benefits), and treating one another like family or at least good friends. Ideas win on their merit, not who they're coming from. You get to do what makes the most sense to get the job done for the customers, and we keep winning more business from doing so. From 8 to 5 you go hard, as a team, and then you go home (good work-life balance).

Cons

We're growing fast, so some growing pains; building the plane while we're flying it. It can be hectic while you're on the clock.
