Pros
Some wonderful people, great students. Town is pleasant and campus is beautiful. Some faculty are committed and wonderful to work woth, truly in it to help students matriculate and succeed.
Cons
No support, continuous enrollment decline, unrealistic targets, favorites are played, lack of professionalism, inability to stay true to who they are, no support. People with no experience, ethics or talent are hired, promoted and rewarded. Administration makes projections which cannot be supported or achieved. Jobs are created for people well liked, despite multi million dollar deficits. Management has no control over faculty and is afraid of the unions. High acceptance rates of students who are at risk with no support services. Executive team is out of touch with students and spends little time getting to know them in order to support them. Lots of superficial attempts but no depth.
