1. For the freshers it is a great startup to learn and expand your knowledge and implement the problem solving skills and optimising things out. 2. The team is open to optimise and implement new feature if the business requirement meets those feature. 3. The culture and environment of the team is fun full, team is familiar with outings to different spots and much familiar side, I have experienced. (5 /5 for this )

1. There is lot of potential of the growth as a product so team size is small. 2. For the new/fresher employees, there is no documentation for the features and micro-services, how it is dependent to each other and how it works so new employee have to be dependent at initial stages for understandings.
