- Bad communication. Poor management. Most of the managers have been working there for decades and have no idea what it's really like out there. - They have a culture where the staff need to look busy in order to be picked as a favourite. - Not much work at times but still expected to find work in order to look busy to please managers. - No proper training, you're expected to chase everyone.
