Pros
Some really nice people working here. Most Team leaders and managers approachable and work hard. Easy work. Some team incentives and employee of the month. You get paid for your dinner. Easy to get to from Kirkby or get lifts as most employees are from Kirkby.
Cons
Think the managers had such a volume of work that they began to employ any old body to keep up with it. Sure the work was easy but repetitive, this resulted in unprofessional bully’s being employed who used such inappropriate language and behaviour that they should have been sacked before it lead to a court case! Private phone and internet usage during work time was rife, even by the team leaders and management. Only a few team leaders bothered to reprimand staff over this. I once saw a male employee watching a film on his phone in front of a male team leader who was too weak to stop this.
