Pros
*When you join the company, you get a laptop so you don't have to use your personal device. *100% Remote *You get every other Friday off work! *You can do this job as a past time to make some money while you search for a better opportunity.
Cons
*The vacation is not unlimited although it is advertised as such! *You cannot work from "Anywhere in the world even though they tell you you can. *The product that they have to sell is easy to replicate for any machine learning engineer or anyone who codes well and it's quite frankly boring. (EAB is better) This makes it harder for you to do your job as a BDR. *They do not pay their LATAM hires very well and they don't care about LATAM hires. *They will lie to you in your interview and understate the small amount of resources they have. There is very Little diversity on the sales team with only 3 out of 19 people being BIPOC
