Pros

Everything here is a pro. The culture is top-notch, the teams are dedicated and always willing to step in and help, and there’s a strong spirit of collaboration across the organization. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve, and everyone works well together toward shared goals. Recognition and growth are genuinely valued, and communication, from the founders to new hires, is extremely open and transparent. I truly can’t say enough great things about the team and CivilGrid as a whole.

Cons

Growing exponentially inevitably comes with a few growing pains, but overall, the cohesiveness, culture, and the qualities that make CivilGrid great remain firmly at the forefront.
