We’re constantly looking for ways to improve, and everyone works well together toward shared goals. Recognition and growth are genuinely valued, and communication, from the founders to new hires, is extremely open and transparent. I truly can’t say enough great things about the team and CivilGrid as a whole.

Growing exponentially inevitably comes with a few growing pains, but overall, the cohesiveness, culture, and the qualities that make CivilGrid great remain firmly at the forefront.
