Pros

you can gain Canadian experience

Cons

1) terrible place to work 2) low pay - this company does not pay you the daily allowances. Basically, civil Arsa makes money in different ways. hires people (new immigrants) who government pay them, and even do not pay for their expenses (but civil ArSa receive this money from MTO). usually, find an excuse to fire people after while to be able to hire new people who Ontario government pays for them 3) very poisonous environment- full of lies, insults, and harassments

Pros

Working with Civil ArSa Engineering Inc. has been an incredibly positive experience. The company is built on a foundation of technical expertise and innovation, consistently delivering outstanding results across complex projects. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Civil ArSa is their commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The team is highly skilled, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, which ensures that projects are handled efficiently and cohesively. In addition to their technical strengths, Civil ArSa Engineering provides exceptional support to both clients and team members. The technical support team is readily available, and the open lines of communication make problem-solving quick and effective. The company culture is friendly and welcoming, and every team member—from senior management to field staff—is approachable and helpful, creating an environment where people feel valued and motivated. I highly recommend Civil ArSa Engineering Inc. for its technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and commitment to client satisfaction. It’s a fantastic place to work or partner with, and I look forward to future projects with this outstanding team.

Cons

When evaluating the potential downsides of working at Civil ArSa Engineering Inc., a few common challenges associated with similar engineering or project management firms might be relevant: 1. Work-Life Balance: Engineering firms working on large-scale projects may demand longer hours, especially as deadlines approach. Extended hours can lead to work-life balance issues for some employees, particularly during busy project phases. 2.Seasonal or Contract-Based Employment: Like other companies in construction and engineering, Civil ArSa might have roles that are seasonal or contract-based, especially in climates where construction slows in winter. This could create income insecurity for those in seasonal roles. 3. Project Location Flexibility: Project-based roles often require travel or flexibility to relocate temporarily to remote project sites, which can be challenging for employees with families or other commitments.
