My remote internship at CivicScience was an outstanding experience that provided me with meaningful and impactful work. Despite being entirely remote, I felt fully integrated into the team and supported every step of the way. The company culture is inclusive, innovative, and genuinely values the contributions of interns. I had the opportunity to work on various initiatives within People Operations, including learning and development and DEI efforts. The work we did felt significant and aligned with CivicScience's mission of leveraging data to create valuable insights. I was continuously challenged and encouraged to contribute my ideas, which made the experience even more rewarding. The remote work environment was well-organized and allowed for a great work-life balance. CivicScience ensured that I had the tools and support needed to succeed, making the remote nature of the internship seamless.
