      No hay procesos, no hay jerarquías establecidas, no hay requerimientos para entrar, contratan gente que no trae cierta educación para ciertas áreas, no son justos a la hora de hacer ir a algunos a oficina y a otros no, despiden gente de un día a otro, pagan bien pero no hay nada extra en bonos, o PTU

      Pros

      I had the pleasure of working with many engineers, product managers, support teams, onboarding teams etc. The people who were in these teams were some of the greatest people to work with. My direct managers were all extraordinary people as well.

      Cons

      The higher leadership might be a compilation of the dumbest and most dishonest people I've had the displeasure of meeting and a very large reason why the company went under.
