Pros
The coworkers are great and there is a good morale between people.
There are snacks and coffee in the office.
I was given opportunities to grow and learn in the business.
Cons
The upper management doesn't see what their employees do on a day to day basis. They don't know the scope of work and responsibilities people are dealing with.
The workload and pressure is extremely high, I was given the work of at least 3 people and was pressured to continously be on top of 100 things at the same time and received harsh feedback and rude comments from the CEO, who would often yell and swear during meetings.
Opinions of low to middle level employees are not listened too.
There are managers in the business who don't know how to deal with people and cause an unpleasant environment for everyone else, complaints are not really addressed.
Salaries are not being increased, no matter how hard someone works or if their responsibilities increase.
