      Supported from day one Great career progression if you put the work in (van driver to branch manager within 4 years for myself) Good company benefits Quality training on all things relating to the job.

      Cons

      None for myself. The company have given me more support and progression than I have had anywhere else in my working life.

      Long hours, you work 7:30 to 5:30 but get paid salary so it work out less than min wage You work Saturdays Management is shocking depending on branch rarely get your lunch brake
