The people you work with, supportive higher ups, monthly 3 days off, and flexible hrs
Cons
Constant amending of rosters which affect team’s hours. Cutting hrs to older causals and giving it to younger casuals to be able to save wage is something that i dislike doing as I know team will get disappointed when their shift are taken away from them
