Terrible pay and benefits. And the technology is the worst. Frustration all throughout. Very high turnover. And they claim transparency yet no one tells you what is really going on. When you speak with callers you feel pressured to finish quickly because it's all about timing to get to the next call. How can 25 dollars an hour with mandatory on call be acceptable for an experienced RN? And mandatory thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve?!?!?!? AND every single weekend???? The incentives they offer for working during increased call times are not worth it because there are rules attached. I cried when I saw my 2 week pay with the incentives. Maybe this would be good as a side gig but part time and full time workers, stay away!!
