Pros
- Awesome team. Kenny and Tara are great leaders and are very encouraging. - Fun projects + very efficient workflow internally - Top notch clients and challenging problems to solve - World class equipment and resources at the ready to prototype devices quickly
Cons
Santa Cruz is an expensive area - but that is the only drawback. Location is excellent for the outdoors. If you are into surfing, mountain biking, or hiking that is all very close.
