Pros
They need people so you can negotiate what you want.
Cons
Micromanage, have to have tons of meetings, don’t even get to touch your job for 2-3 weeks because of all the onboarding stuff. Very toxic, nothing is confidential, even with HR. They require you to have monthly meetings on top of weekly, be part of a book club and do all of this excessive stuff I’ve never seen any other employer do!! They can’t keep people, turnover is very high!!
