Lots of room for growth. Plenty of hats to be worn. No hand holding.

Start-ups can change, and sometimes, shut down. Always the risk of getting in bed when the house isn't entirely built.

CG is a team of about 25 - 30 dedicated, smart and talented people pushing the envelope of socially created media (primarily video) content. Leadership comes from a background of technology, media/entertainment, marketing and business. What might you be working on? Interesting clients and projects from ABC and Nextel to nonprofits and up-and-coming bands. Creating on a variety of projects from microsites to Facebook and web apps to an online video editor to mobile apps. Fun, casual, dog-friendly work environment. Occasional beers on the back patio. Benefits include full medical, dental, vision + stock. No 401k at this time. Per previous reviewer's comments, the 10% cut has been reinstated and everyone has returned to their previous salaries.

While it has gotten better in recent months, the startup environment is sometimes hectic and there is a frequent shift in the product and focus of the company. Don't get attached to an idea, design or direction, because things will shift and sooner than you think.
