Pros
Tips are great ($10/hour-$20/hour) at all of the accounts and you get scheduled at most of the accounts when you start out. Promotion to shift lead occurs quite quickly once you gain the trust of management. The staff is very fun to work with and camaraderie makes the repetition of the job manageable. Scheduling is very fair, ask for time off in advance and you will get it. You basically create your own weekly repetitive schedule. The clientele is very professional and you get to experience the lifestyle of the 1% (and drive their cool cars). This is a great college job or a job if you need quick cash. Also pretty lucrative if you work 5+ shifts per week.
Cons
Some of the veterans have claimed stake to particular accounts which does not allow newer or even experienced staff to work the most profitable accounts. The job gets to be monotonous since you give most clientele the same speech, "welcome to __, can I have your last name" for example, and parking cars in the same places night after night..
