where to even begin, do not take a job here and avoid like the plague. From managers who are racist, sexist & talking about their sex lives then to managers who are bought in as consultants, know nothing about managing staff make people who have worked there years redundant and then get fired themselves. This place is a laughing stock of a business I have worked in, staff would have heated arguments and walk out of offices when things hadn't gone their way and an overseas consultant bought in on a six figure salary to increase revenue, would instead would spend 3 hours reorganising the names of photos and forgetting what she had asked you to do each week. Sham redundancies made to get you out the company then they remove the job that was 'absorbing' your own... grievances not upheld and then changed to upheld. Oh and let me also add, they don't even interview you fairly. The people who made this place a good company have all been made redundant and now this company is falling to the ground. Good luck to anyone who works here.
