      I have started my career with Citi, worked with a few teams there. The one thing that is best is it's work life balance.

      Cons

      I have seen some politics when it comes to promotions, but it mostly is for people at higher positions. For people at junior positions they purely go with talent, which is amazing

      Pros

      Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
