      The people and working environment, payment compensation is also good and great career opportunities and development

      Recruitment process is long and sometimes they dont have you informed on the process, poor management that does not focus on the employees needs but their own interests

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
