      Good location Lots of eateries available.

      Many not so talented indian FTE got a job from internal reference in citibank. Many of them working with reference and not by talent.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
