      Better pay to employees than other banks I think

      Cons

      Very high pressure to work. Environment is not friendly and everyone is kind of selfish to get their work done. It’s like do this or your end year review will be spoiled so not a good environment to work here.

      Cons

      Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
