      Where to start… 1. Micromanagement - Request for constant updates 2. Monitoring 3. Unnecessary pressure 4. Harassment 5. Not judged by output but rather how many hours you are at your laptop 6. Lack of trust 7. Poor communication, very cold The list could go on but I won’t bore you.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
