      Pros

      There are no best reasons to work here unless your into backstabbing and you enjoy being a bully. In fact, I think the mentality of being a natural born lowlife is a prerequisite to apply for management.

      Everything management. Especially the higher ups. The higher the hierarchy, the lower the lowdown.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
