Pros

Decent salary 4 week vacations

Cons

- Citi has the worst onboarding that I have been on, you are just a number and if you do something wrong they will call you to action in front of your Chief. - Citi is incredibly restrictive about approving products such as outbound emails outside the organization. - Citi has a terrible culture, and lack of diversity. The main workers are either from India, Pakistan, or Africa (mostly Nigerian). - Red tape and slow-moving tech - Citi had a fine in 2021 for its lack of controls and hired a bunch of qualified people as SVPs and didn’t give them the opportunity of showing their skills that even though SVPs are the ones doing the work, they don’t have access to all the information that they need to work with. Super ironic! - Citi makes everything more difficult than it is supposed to be. Has tons of systems and links that overwhelm the users and, in the end, you ended lost. - The worse support teams you'll ever work with. IT and ICRM teams’ suck. - Citi has a culture of not respecting others in the team and anyone can call anytime (including morning time 6 am – 7 am, or lunchtime). - No pay for working on Saturdays or overtime.

Pros

Hybrid schedule right out of “training” and FT WFH privilege came much faster than expected. There are some great benefits. Job confidence as

Cons

Training was a waste of Citi’s money and a train wreck. Facilitator was all over the place. Normally there’s a flow to training, there was no flow and it was all over the place. OJT felt like sinking or swimming.
