Citi Chennai location is filled with Tamil brahmins and high nepotism exist for hiring and promoting only Tam Brahmins. If you are not Brahmins then one has to be extra skilled in licking HR is dummy Salary looks good but actual calculation drill down will reveal that the basic structure is very poor.
