      Best fixed income research team on the street. People are nice and patient. Good place to start learning.

      Cons

      Currently the company has bad morale. Receiving TARP fund may cause loss of talent. Big scale leads to low effeciency.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
