      Pros

      Great benefits, and I mean great. Even mental health counseling is provided and you are given financial incentives to adopt a healthy lifestyle eg quit smoking or start exercising.

      Cons

      Layers of upper management. They keep laying off the people that really do the work but then hire more unnecessary supervisors

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
