      Big company experience, room for movement.

      Cons

      Employees can be stagnated as more experienced but low performing employees move up the ranks while less experience and more talented employeed have to wait in the wings. There is no meritocracy.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
