      Attractive compensation and good infrastructure

      Cons

      Induction process for new joinee is absent. Process understanding is massive struggle during initial days in absence of any support from anyone. High disparity between things promised during interview process and reality. Extremely bad culture.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
