      Politics, Politics, Politics. This is the name of the game at this company. This is a very status oriented company. Your title is your everything. You are treated a certain way based on your title and job level.

      Pretty decent benefits , but your exp is based on your team, and the lunch is pretty good

      Cons

      workload is pretty intense and with ai expect development to be rapid.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
