      No career progression opportunities within your team/area advice is to apply to roles in other teams/departments internally to obtain a promotion Like working in a library no atmosphere or comradery Career feels like it has stalled significantly here

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
