Great people, there is a lot of work to be done, benefits are quite good. You won't make a significant impact, but you will have the opportunity to learn a lot
Cons
Pay remains stagnant of long periods of time. In place promotions are exceptionally rare and the company is so large that changes in direction happen before the benefit from a previous change can be fully realized.
