      The pay and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      I started in June of last year and I have now been in 4 teams due to reorganizations. I started in a communcations role (what I applied for) and now I am in a Metrics team.

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Like any job, the manager is the one that can make or break the position

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
