      Good pay as compared to other banks

      Cons

      Very hectic work hours. Working 12 hours is considered not a deal in Internal Audit team. Manager is not considerate and is manipulative.

      Great benefits. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They do more than just pay lip service to work life balance

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
