I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience working under Vidhi Sharma. During my tenure, I found the work environment to be significantly impacted by management style. There were instances where communication felt more political than transparent, which made it difficult to build trust within the team. Decision-making often appeared to be influenced by personal preferences rather than merit or skills, which affected team morale and growth opportunities. I also experienced situations where leave requests were handled in a way that felt uncomfortable and pressurizing. A supportive and fair approach in such matters would have helped create a more positive work culture. Additionally, there was a noticeable presence of gossip within the team, which at times led to a lack of professionalism and created unnecessary tension among team members. Overall, I believe that a more transparent, merit-driven, and respectful management approach would greatly improve the team environment and employee retention. My decision to leave the organization was largely influenced by these challenges.
