      Pros

      Now days nothing good whoever join will regret/cry.Good for lickers !! Who ready to lick anything anytime.

      Cons

      After Girish ayer company gone worst. Started sucking employees in terms of degrading facilities, low hike and work load. No motivation at all. SVP, VP and AVP don't care of below hierarchy.They just need work done at any cost but would help you. Same time if fund receive appreciation then credit will be taken by AVP and VP. Upper management hiring is really bad. At least hiring should be of human but seeing their behaviour and way of management. Any sense full people can easily figure out that they are not human but insect.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
